3. Shipment costs and Transport

3.1 Violette Anna charges the following shipping costs:

-Netherlands: -Europe 1: -Europe 2: -Europe 3: € 8,60,- € 14,65,- € 20,15,- € 20,95,-
-Rest of the World: € 25,95,-

4.Delivery

4.1 Violette Anna will send the order as soon as possible after payment. Within 3-4 weeks after payment, the order will be delivered (this applies to the Netherlands). If this isn’t possible for example the article is out of stock, you will receive immediately a message.

4.2 If you accidentally entered an incorrect delivery address – and there are therefore extra costs – we calculate these additional costs on to you.

5.Shipment and Transport

5.1 Up to and including the delivery Violette Anna bears the responsibility for the order. After the delivery, the responsibility will be transferred to you.
5.2 Violette Anna sends packages through a reputable parcel.

6.Payment en Payment Methods

6.1 At Violette Anna you can choose from two secure payment methods: iDeal and Paypal.
6.2 Violette Anna posts, accidentally, an incorrect price on the website – and it is clear that it is a mistake – we have the right to adapt. Even though you already ordered the article.

7.Returns and Exchange

7.1 Violette Anna Jewellery strives that all costumers are happy with their purchase. However, we advise you to check your article within five workdays. If something is not good or you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within seven days.

When a ring is re-adjusted on a specific size on demand, it becomes costom made and it is not returnable and not refundable.

The return and Exchange of an article is only possible when the article: -is in undamaged state,
-is not worn and/or used,
-includes the original and undamaged packaging. Violette Anna reserves the right to refuse returned items.

Fill in de online contact form and we will contact you as soon as possible. We will tell you how and where to return your article.

7.2 When your returned item is received and approved, you will receive your money in the same way as you ordered. You will receive an e-mail confirmation that the amount will be paid within a few days. Please note that the refund on the credit card always depends on your bank.

Violette Anna reserves the right to refuse returns that are not in the same condition as they were sent or items that returned beyond the prescribed period.

8.Warranty

8.1 Violette Anna gives 30 days warranty on its article from the day that is mentioned on the invoice. The invoice is also your warranty so our advice is to keep it well.
Violette Anna don’t give warranty for:

-Natural wear
-Stains caused by perfume
-Water/paint damage of (bone) beads
-Parts that give off after contact with water
-Complains caused by misuse of the parts and/ or jewelry
