Violette Anna graduated from the Utrecht School of Arts and worked as an interior architect for several years. She then followed her passion and took various courses at the vocational school in Schoonhoven to learn the basics of goldsmithing.

The brand Violette Anna, founded in 2016, creates 14-carat gold jewelry designed for daily wear but with a very personal style. Violette Anna draws inspiration from both the beauty and the imperfection of gemstones and diamonds, as well as their perfection. Her pieces reflect her fascination and the challenge of creating a collection for women who are typically not so interested in wearing jewelry. She always strives to design jewelry that is timeless and can be worn on any occasion while also exuding modern luxury. The subtlety of her designs makes them accessible to every woman.

In addition to her ‘basic’ collections, Camille and Celine, she also creates unique pieces. For the exclusive ‘Philomena’ collection, Violette Anna is inspired by shapes that emerge without manipulation. She uses the shapes created during the melting of gold and then makes them unique by adding diamonds and gemstones, surrounded by a subtle texture. Every ring, bracelet, or necklace is different, and each piece is one of a kind. The pieces are made to measure.

Violette Anna designs her jewelry in her studio in Amsterdam. Each piece is entirely handmade in her workshop, with the help of a Dutch caster and diamond setter. The jewelry is made from 100% recycled gold and individually selected gemstones and diamonds. Violette Anna strives for excellence in craftsmanship at every step of the production process.
