Which countries do we ship to?

What are the delivery times?

The delivery time is typically 2-3 weeks if the ring needs to be custom-made. If the ring is in stock, it will be shipped on the Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday following your order.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free.
Shipping costs for returning the item for exchange will not be covered or reimbursed by us. See more information under returns below.

Through which party do we ship?

We use registered and insured delivery services from PostNL to send the package to you. This means that the package is always insured by PostNL. We will share the track and trace code with you after we have delivered it to the post office for shipment.

What about the payment of import duties and taxes?

We are not responsible for any import duties and taxes. These are determined by customs in the destination country. Payment of any import duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders are shipped on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

We aim to deliver your order within the number of days shown below:

- For custom-made products you will be emailed regarding the delivery time.

- Netherlands – orders are delivered within 3-5 working days.

- Europe – orders are delivered within 4-6 working days.

- World – orders are delivered within 5-7 business days.

Delivery rules and restrictions: Business days are Monday to Friday. During busy periods, such as the holidays, delivery may take a little longer. If your order has not been delivered within the number of days stated above, please contact: info@violetteanna.com

Returns

Can I return my order?

If the order you have received does not meet your expectations, we request that you report this to us within 3 days of receipt. We do not offer refunds but you are welcome to exchange the item for another item or adjust the size. Please report this within 3 days via: info@violetteanna.com . We expect the item to be returned to the address you received after you submitted the report within 10 days of receipt. The item(s) must be in their original condition and must not be worn or damaged; The original and undamaged packaging must be present.


Shipping costs for returning the item for exchange will not be covered or reimbursed by us. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or unsellable. Items that do not adhere to our policies will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer without a refund.


We recommend that you only ship with a reliable and insured carrier. Violette Anna is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during returns.


When a ring is adjusted to a specific size upon request, it is custom made and unfortunately cannot be returned or exchanged.
